  1. Use a tape measure to measure wrist around the widest point. Please add a few millimeters so the bracelet fits comfortably.

2. NOTE: You can bend the bracelet slightly for a perfect fit. We recommend S for females and L for males.

3. Use the table below to estimate your size.
